A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: Erosion Control, Demolition, Civil, Concrete, Asphalt, and Landscaping construction. Phone: 651-201-2451, email: staci.stoerzinger@state.mn.us. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Replace ageing and damaged sidewalk. 2. Some main sidewalks will widen for better circulation. 3. The slopes and drainage on the sidewalks will be improved to avoid dangerous icy conditions. 4. Underutilized areas of sidewalk will be removed. 5. Asphalt driveway access to the maintenance building will be leveled out and replaced. Pre bid meeting description: n your intent to attend email, include the attendees' name of the company, individual attendees, and whether they are a prime contractor or sub-contractor. Requests submitted after the due date may be considered, but the State is not obligated to approve the request
