This project includes but is not limited to complete preparation and repaint of school exterior trim, fascia, windows, doors, sea containers, ball walls, ramps, and lunch shelter at three (3) Elementary Schools - Handy, Villa Park, and Linda Vista. Locations- Linda Vista Elementary School. 1200 N Cannon St, Orange, CA 92869. Villa Park Elementary School. 10551 Center Dr, Villa Park, CA 92861. Handy Elementary School. 860 N Handy St, Orange, CA 92867. Liquidated Damages $1,500 per calendar day Project Duration 45 Days Bid(10%), Performance(100%), Payment(100%) Question Deadline 05/08/2026 If any prospective bidder is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in, or omissions, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof may be submitted to the District. Pre-bid clarification request shall be filed a minimum of six (6) days prior to bid opening. (a) Contractor responsible for: 1) Pressure wash all buildings to remove loose paint and dirt. 2) Mask, cover and protect surfaces not scheduled for painting with adequate protection. 3) Provide and spread drop cloths when and where required to provide the necessary protection. 4) Prep, sand, wipe down/clean make sure all surfaces scheduled for painting are ready for new paint coatings. 5) Paint all areas as indicated on Exhibit A: Exterior RePaint Specification a) Apply one (1) coat of District provided Vista Primer b) Apply a minimum of two (2) finish coats of District provided Vista Paint, or as required to achieve full, uniform coverage and complete concealment of the substrate. District will select color. 6) Remove all materials, supplies, debris, and rubbish and leave each area clean, and in acceptable condition.
