The City of Menifee is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to assist in updating Title 9 of the City Development Code related to landscaping and irrigation, and to prepare an updated City Landscape Design Standards Manual. The updated standards will modernize the City’s existing 2015 Landscape Design Standards and Guidelines and ensure consistency with current State regulatory requirements, sustainability practices, and adopted City planning documents. The project will establish clear, objective, and sustainable landscaping expectations for public rights-of-way, parks and park facilities, commercial developments, industrial developments, residential developments, and multi-family residential developments. The City anticipates entering into a one (1) year agreement with the selected consultant, with an option to extend the agreement for an additional one (1) year if necessary to complete the project.
