Address all questions to Engineer via email Brent Kavitz, bkavitz@sehinc.com Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project includes construction of water main, water services, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk, aggregate base, bituminous surfacing, turf restoration, and miscellaneous items required to properly complete the improvements. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. Anticipated Award: June 9, 2026 Notice to Proceed: July 15, 2026 Substantial Completion - See EJCDC C-520, Paragraph 4.02.A. Substantial Completion defined in General Conditions 15.03 (EJCDC C-700) Substantial Completion: November 30, 2026 Final Completion: On or before August 31, 2027
