The project generally consists of the following construction items and approximate quantities: 648 SQ YD of remove bituminous pavement, 520 CU YD of aggregate base (CV) Class 5, 3941 SQ YD of full depth reclamation (8"), 962 TON of Type SP 12.5 wearing course mixture (2;C), 725 LIN FT of silt fence; Type MS, 354 CU YD of screened topsoil borrow, 2574 POUND of hydraulic reinforced fiber matrix. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Each bid shall be accompanied by a 5% Bid Security per the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time set for receiving bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the Contract to the lowest responsible bidder.
