The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires the construction of a new Very High Frequency Omnidirectional RangeTactical Air Navigation (VORTAC) building in Leeville, LA (LEV) in accordance with the Statement of Work. This is a competitive solicitation for a firm fixed price (FFP) contract, and proposals must be fully compliant with the solicitation terms and conditions. Proposals that take exception to the terms, propose additional terms, or are not all inclusive of the proposed FFP will be ineligible for award. Offerors must submit a completed SIR document, Technical Approach Plan, Organizational Experience Questionnaire, Key Personnel List, Safety and Security Plan, and a fully executed SF-24 Bid Bond. Offerors must be determined responsive, responsible, and technically acceptable to be eligible for award, which will be made to the lowest price offeror. The solicitation is unrestricted and all proposal development and submission costs are at the risk of the offeror.
