Sealed bids are requested for the construction project titled 'Lincoln Parish Police Jury - Lincoln Parish Park - Make-A-Difference Grant. Proposals are to be addressed to the Lincoln Parish Police Jury and delivered to the designated location as specified. Official bid documents may be examined or obtained as described. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause. Bidders and subcontractors must have an active UEI Number and provide bid security as outlined. The Contractor must begin mobilization and material procurement within ten working days of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must comply with all applicable laws, employment conditions, minimum wage rates, Build America Buy America requirements, and bonding and insurance requirements. Bidders should carefully note the required attachments and certifications to execute and submit with their proposal. Minority Business Enterprises will be afforded equal opportunity to submit offers and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, sex, national origin, or disability in contract consideration. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Riley Company of Louisiana, Inc, at P.O. Drawer 1303 Ruston, Louisiana 71273-1303 and to be given consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Question Deadline 05/01/2026
