Reference Number 0000420947 Shelby Township is soliciting competitive bids from qualified General Contractors for the construction of a new Community Relations Building in accordance with the Contract Documents created by AKA Architects, Inc. AKA Architects has developed designs for a new 22,000 square foot multifunction building to house offices and storage facilities for the Community Relations department as well as an outdoor performance stage. The building is located within the Township municipal complex and is designed with concrete masonry bearing walls, steel framing and decorative concrete masonry veneers and metal panels.
