This contract is for the purchase of new pumps and pump parts for Aurora, Jacuzzi, and Stranco manufacturers. It also covers the repair and maintenance of these pumps, including installation, repair, diagnostics and assessment, tear down and inspection, troubleshooting, required maintenance, retrofits, warranty work, and emergency repairs. The City uses a variety of pumps across several departments and requires pumps, pump parts, and various services. The contractor must provide new pumps and new pump parts that conform to industry standards and are warrantied. The contractor will deliver and pick up equipment as specified by the City and is responsible for all settings and adjustments per manufacturer specifications. The contractor shall also provide all management, supervision, labor, safety equipment, transportation, tools, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform pump repair and maintenance services. All work must be conducted according to applicable standards, manufacturer recommendations, and contract terms and conditions. Bidders must complete all required forms and submit them with their offer. No exceptions to the solicitation requirements are allowed. Bidders should carefully review the entire solicitation, adhere strictly to all instructions, and promptly seek clarification of any unclear requirements. Offers must be in possession of the Department before the specified deadline. Electronic submission through the City's Procurement Portal is required. Offers taking exceptions may be deemed non-responsive. Bidders must possess all required licenses and certifications for the business or work. The City encourages bidders to consider all applicable laws, economic conditions, and to check all responses for accuracy before submitting.
