Reference Number 0000420300 Purchase Type Duration: 1 year Option: 2 annual renewals Question Acceptance Deadline 06/15/2026 05:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes INTENT: The Flood Control District wishes to install and operate remotely operated cameras at various Flood Control structures within Maricopa County for decision support related to maintenance, operations and emergency response. The objective of this contract / bid is to purchase, integrate, operate, maintain, and install remotely operated IP camera systems and receive partially completed components for installation at various project locations. The work will include continued training and technical support as needed after installation or product delivery. TASKS AND REQUIREMENTS: All IP camera systems must be capable to integrate directly into the district's existing web camera system (logger net). The contractor shall provide each component, assembled products, and/or installation of remote IP cameras at the designated site location or District office per assignment in accordance with Table 1. All components provided by the contractor must be identical or have equivalent specifications and capabilities per Table 1. The camera system will include a tilt pole, solar panel/charge controller/batteries, cellular router, and camera with integrated 1/R light and pan/tilt/zoom capabilities (See Table1). Additionally, an on-board data logger will be included to collect a store power-related information (e.g. battery voltage, solar panel voltage and charge current). The district will provide/install a suitable concrete base for the contractor to perform line item 4 in Table 1. TRAINING AND SUPPORT: The Contractor will provide District staff training and technical support to configure / maintain / and operate the cameras for each installation and after the installation as needed. The training and technical support will include field maintenance procedures, mobile and desktop camera interfaces, and data logger interfaces. Tech support will also include watchdog scripting for power-related warnings via e-mail and/or text message alarms and assisting District staff with the setup of the script on a District workstation or server. Reimbursement for training and support will be in accordance with Table 1. Costs for any additional support or components not covered in Table 1 will be negotiated between the district and the contractor.
