SEALED OR ELECTRONIC BIDS, addressed to the Purchasing Agent for the City of Shreveport, are requested for the purchase of a submersible pump for Huntington Ponds LS. A mandatory site visit is required at 9090 S. Shreve Park Drive, Shreveport, LA 71129. Vendors/Contractors may submit responses electronically or by paper copy. The outside of the bid envelope must provide the bidder's name, address, bid number, project name, opening date/time, and the City's address. It is the responder's responsibility to make inquiry as to the addenda issued. Before the contract is awarded, the contractor shall pay all taxes, licenses, fees, and other charges which are outstanding and due to the City. The City of Shreveport reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities.
