Rd 27 area which serves approximately 22 homes along Co Rd 27, in Loveland, CO. Question Deadline 04/23/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % The City was awarded funding from the Capital Projects Fund to expand broadband service outside of the City municipal boundaries into the Masonville/Larimer County Road 27 area which serves approximately 22 homes along County Road 27, in Loveland, CO (the Project). For high-level estimates of projects included within this RFP, please refer to the statistics outlined below. Larimer County Road 27 / Masonville - Capital Projects Fund Grant Awarded Project Area Approximately 22 premises. Less than one (1) mile of Aerial fiber placement. Less than one (1) mile of Underground conduit placement. Approximately five (5) miles of underground fiber installation. Existing aerial infrastructure to support Make Ready work. Six (6)-month project timeline (Complete by September 30, 2026). Fiber optic cable placement, splicing and testing will be required. Scope of Work Overview The representatives from the Contractor will work closely with the overall Project Manager designated by Pulse to plan work activities and decide on a schedule for completion. The Project will be based on the unit costs in the Contract and should the work change from the scope of work stated in the Task Order, a Change Order is required prior to initiating any new work. 1. Project Management, by Contractor Each selected Contractor, will be responsible for providing professional project management of the scope of work in their respective work package, which includes managing the cost, schedule, quality, and scope. The Contractor's Project Manager (PM) should be assigned to the City and will be responsible to inform the City in a timely manner when challenges impacting any of these items arise, in order for the City to make timely, informed decisions throughout the Project. The Contractor shall be responsible for reporting and status management including, but not limited to, the following: a. Submit an overall timetable of the schedule for the Project to the City. The schedule shall fully portray a timetable representing the various elements in the schedule and shall provide for the expeditious and practicable execution of the Project. This schedule shall be revised from time to time, but no less than monthly, during the Project to reflect actual work progress. b. Conduct progress meetings, prepare daily and weekly site and production reports, and shall supervise and direct the work to complete the Project. c. Utilize an electronic, cloud-based project/construction management software provided by the City to track all items of the Project, including, but not limited to, construction drawings, markups, as-builts, daily logs, billing quantities, field observations, project photos, and task progress tracking. d. Project Plan - developed and maintained in Microsoft Project version 2013 or later. e. Communications Plan: to include pertinent details related to General Conditions 13, 17, 19, 20, 34, 47, 60 and 67. f. Responsible for completing change orders in a timely manner using the City's change order process, see General Conditions Sec. 48.0. Line item detail is required for any added or deleted work.
