Site work and paving for a road / highway in Mount Eaton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids will be received for the purpose of establishing unit pricing for the furnishing of labor and materials required for the paving of Paint Township roads, approximately 3 miles, as requested by the Trustees. There is no guarantee of any minimum or maximum quantity being purchased. Bidding specifications and forms can be obtained from the Board. A contract will be awarded to the "Lowest and Best Bidder." The Board reserves the right to waive any informality, irregularity or defect in any bid and to reject any or all bids if it is deemed in the best interest of Paint Township. BLACKTOP* (3 MILES, more or less, applied by September 1, 2026) 448-1 (6.2% oil), applied to township roads _______________ per ton 448-1 (6.5% oil, 15% limestone), applied to township roads _______________ per ton 448-2 (base coat), applied to township roads _______________ per ton 448-1 (top coat), not applied, we pick up from your yard Resurfacing Bid: Bids shall be submitted on a unit basis for the following materials to be applied to roads within Paint Township as directed by the Road Superintendent.
