Description

Renovation of a library in Meeker, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

The Meeker Regional Library District is initiating the replacement of the Meeker Public Library Roof. Contractors interested in serving as the Design-Builder for the project are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications. Submittals must be completed using a specified SOQ form and delivered to the designated representative by the stated deadline. Late or misdelivered submissions will not be accepted. Submittals will be evaluated and may be narrowed to a group of qualified firms prior to awarding a contract. The contract will be awarded to the proposer deemed to represent the best value to the District. The District reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the process; reject submissions; modify selection process terms and conditions; and/or waive submission informalities.
