This project entails providing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to construct the Phase I Infrastructure for Downtown Pompano. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, site demolition, clearing, grading, utilities, stormwater, paving, curb & gutter, sidewalks, hardscape, landscaping & irrigation and site lighting.
