Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2200 South Reconstruction (#213) will be received electronically by Clearfield City, through Bonfire before the bid opening date and time. Prior to submitting a bid, the contractor must register as a vendor on Bonfire. Work will include reconstruction of the existing road, replacing damaged sidewalk, curb and gutter, lining an existing sewer line, and installing a new water line generally located along 2200 South, between 150 West and Main Street. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. All who are interested may participate in the bid opening electronically through Zoom Meeting.
