Continuing Architectural, Engineering, Geotechnical, Surveying, and Construction Support Services. The purpose is to establish a Continuing Services Agreement (CSA) with multiple firms for various disciplines. Selection as a Consultant does not guarantee regular work or a minimum level of compensation. The CSA is not an exclusive contract, and the Agency may solicit separate proposals for any projects as needed. Respondents must provide a separate Proposal or Response for each category they wish to provide services for (Architectural Services, Civil Engineering Services, Geotechnical Services, Survey Services, and Construction Support Services). Each Proposal or Response should be labeled by discipline and uploaded under the appropriate Category. Proposals must include the required documentation in TAB 1 through 6. It is strongly recommended to read the solicitation requirements carefully and thoroughly to ensure responsiveness.
