Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tallahassee, Florida. Working plans call for the construction of a 1,200-unit educational facility; 1,300-unit educational facility; and parking garage.

Phase 1 of this project will begin in 2026 and be completed in 2028. It consists of the a parking garage, 1200 student bed residence hall, and an attached 765-seat dining hall. Phase 2 will demolish Rogers, McCollum, and Salley Halls and replace it with 2-3 new residence halls. As of April 22, 2026, this project is in construction documents. Construction is slated to begin in Spring 2026 and housing availability expected by Fall 2028.
