ROCK CREEK PUBLIC SEWER DISTRICT is requesting bids for the construction of the BLACK CREEK TRUNK SEWER REPLACEMENT. The project includes over 2.5 miles of gravity sewer replacement and upsize along three of the District’s trunk sewers, with some portions required to be installed with trenchless construction. The work involves: construction of approximately 11,000 feet of 12 to 24-inch sewer and 75 new manholes for the Black Creek Trunk Sewer; construction of approximately 1,800 feet of 15-inch sewer and 15 new manholes for the Miller Road Sewer; and construction of approximately 1,300 feet of 12-inch sewer and 12 new manholes for the Elm Drive Sewer. For all requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated electronic plan room website upon payment of a fee. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
