The work consists of building fascia replacement, soffit repair, carpentry repair, EIFS repair, and building exterior painting. Bidders must furnish all work, labor, materials, equipment, and tools related to the project. Bids must be submitted sealed and received by the specified deadline. Bid documents may be obtained from the designated architecture and planning contact. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the maximum bid amount. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of the contract price will be required from the successful bidder. Prevailing Wage Rates for Warren County apply to all work performed. A tax exempt certificate will be provided to the successful bidder. Faxed or emailed bids will not be accepted.
