Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Sherwood Park, Alberta. Design plans call for the addition of a 26,813-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for the renovation of a 45,434-square-foot educational facility.
Modernization and addition of New Horizon Charter School in Sherwood Park. The project scope will include major modernization with reconfiguration to K-12, areas of demolition and added area of new construction intended for a capacity of 720 students. The existing building has a gross floor area of 4,221 m2 with the planned gross floor area at opening of 6,712 m2 . TIMELINE: Request for Proposals for Prime Consultant services has been awarded. Scope of work and schedules for working drawings, tender and construction may be confirmed fall 2026.
