The work involves the Champlain Avenue Water Main Renewal in the Town of Saint Andrews, under Contract No. TSA 2026-01. The project includes but is not necessarily limited to the installation of various sized water piping and all appurtenances, as well as site restoration including imported gravels, asphalt, topsoil, and sod for a complete project. Installation of various sizes of water main and storm sewer piping and appurtenances, temporary water, valves, hydrants, service laterals, automatic flusher, excavation, trenching and backfilling, roadway widening excavation, reshaping asphalt pavement, aggregate base, asphalt paving, topsoil and sod restoration, storm drainage piping, testing, flushing and site restoration A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque payable to the Town of Saint Andrews, in the amount of 10% of the proposal price, must accompany each submission. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and does not necessarily accept the lowest submission. By submitting a proposal, proponents represent that they have thoroughly reviewed the RFP documents; failure to meet requirements may result in disqualification.
