Description

Site work for a development in Omak, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

Scope of Work: The Colville Tribe is requesting bids for repair and/or replacement of approximately 3.5 miles (18,480 ft.) of fencing and gates to stock tight conditions. Fence is measured as per horizontal distance. The contractor will need to repair all four wires, replace all wooden posts with metal t-posts, and install wooden H-braces. All work must comply with the CCT Wildlife Friendly fencing specifications. A detailed Scope of Work is attached as Exhibit B. Instructions to Bidders: Contractors must attend inspection on 4/16/2026 in order for their bid to qualify for submission.
