Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Putnam, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
SCOPE OF WORK Contractor shall provide all materials, labor and equipment, including traffic control to rehabilitate two culverts. Each culvert is 75 inches in diameter and 80 feet in length in Lake Thunderbird. Prior to bid, a site visit is necessary. All work shall comply with IDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, April 1, 2018 edition. Will be necessary for contractor to provide proof of insurance, certified payrolls, and call in JULIE utility locate requests. Sealed proposals are requested. Project documents are available upon request at no charge to prospective bidders. All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the proposer and clearly marked, Attn: Senachwine Township, Culvert Bid. Sealed bids may be hand delivered, mailed or shipped. The bid most advantageous to the township will be selected and the township reserves the right to waive any technicalities and reject any or all proposals.
