The intent is to procure one static pipe bursting rig and associated tooling designed for trenchless pipeline replacement applications. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their response electronically. If submitting a paper bid, it must be in a sealed envelope or package labeled with the company name, solicitation number, and title. Late bids will not be accepted. Notifications and dissemination of solicitations will be exclusively through Bonfire. Receipt of solicitations through any other means may result in incomplete specifications or addendums, potentially rendering the bid or proposal non-compliant. The agency accepts no responsibility for the receipt or notification of solicitations through other means.
