Sealed bid proposals from sub-contractors will be received by GINNO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY - CMGC 3893 N SCHREIBER WAY, COEUR D'ALENE, IDAHO for the Sandpoint High School Culinary Arts Remodel at 410 S Division Street, Sandpoint, Idaho. Sub-Contractor bids for this project must be submitted by the specified deadline. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing sub-bidders and suppliers may obtain plans, specifications, bid forms, and forms of agreement electronically or by hard copy at their own expense from the designated plan room. Only bidders with a valid Idaho Public Works Contractor's License are eligible. The Lake Pend Oreille School Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informality, and award the contract to the responsive bidder deemed in the best interest of the project. If the Board chooses a bid that is not the lowest, it will provide written justification to all competing bidders. In the event of identical bids, the Board has discretion to award as deemed fair and equitable. Bidders are responsible for thoroughly reviewing all documents; any errors or omissions due to incomplete review will be corrected at the contractor's expense.
