The NYS Office of Mental Health and the Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure a Contractor to provide Chiller Maintenance at 1400 Noyes Street Utica, NY 13502. The required specifications for the work are listed in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Bids must be submitted using the attached excel sheet (IFB 26-003 - C202962 - MVPC - Chiller – BQS) and must include both an excel and pdf version. There is a mandatory site visit at 10:00 AM ET on Friday May 1st, 2026 at the site address. No late bids will be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by 3:00 PM ET Friday, May 8th, 2026.
