The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance and Water Treatment Service at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center located at 1400 Noyes St., Utica, NY 13502. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, and more details are included in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document. Bids are to be submitted using the Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format. There are participation goals set for Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MBE: 16%, WBE: 14%) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses (SVDOB: 6%).
