Proposals are invited based on the provided Specifications and Bid Proposal Form for Electrical Services to be performed as needed for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027. Proposals must be examined and based upon these specifications. Bidders must sign and enclose their proposals in a sealed envelope, addressed and marked as instructed. The successful bidder must promptly execute a satisfactory contract guaranteeing faithful fulfillment of the contract terms and produce a performance bond made out to the Utica City School District. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to award all or any part of the bid, and in the case of identical bids, may accept one based on random selection.
