Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the following items and approximate quantities: 1 EA Dumpster Enclosure (Base Bid) and 1 EA Dumpster Enclosure (Alternate Bid No. 1). Bids must be submitted on the provided form and in accordance with the Bidding Requirements prepared by the Village of Summit. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each bid. Bids must be securely sealed and clearly marked with "Bid for Genesee Lake Road Park Dumpster Enclosure Construction RFB# 2026-PW01". Proof of Responsibility must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Contractors are required to comply with the minimum wages in effect for the State of Wisconsin. The Village Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and award the contract in the best interests of the Village of Summit.
