Paving - Concrete, Pavement - Marking, Culverts, Waterways, Stormwater Channels, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Tree Cutting, Drainage, Dredging, Ditches and Canals, Fittings and Valves, ADA Curb Ramps, Fencing/Guardrails/Handrails, Fire Hydrant, Landscaping, Excavation, Landscaping - Seeding, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Traffic Control Devices (Signals, Signing, etc.), Trails and/or Multipurpose Trails, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Paving (Trail Paving), Grubbing & Clearing, Signage, Paving (Highway, Road or Street), Landscaping (Tree and Shrub Clearing), Roadway Lighting, Concrete Pavement, Sawcutting/Sidewalk/Pavement, Grade, Surface and Bridge, Grade and Surface, Traffic Control, Roadway Pavement Markings, Street/Road Pavement Marking, Curbs. Project involves approximately 1,575 LF asphalt roadway construction with curb and gutter, biofiltration devices, asphalt trail, clearing and grubbing, precast three-sided box culvert, hydrant relocation with appurtenances, pavement marking, roadway signage, street lighting (by others), erosion control and restoration. All Work is included in a single prime contract.. A Bidder's qualification statement must be delivered to City of Oconomowoc at least 5 days before the Bid opening date. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to City of Oconomowoc equal to 5 percent of the Bid. If the successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract and furnish payment and performance bonds within 15 days after the award, the Check or Bid Bond may be forfeited to City of Oconomowoc as liquidated damages. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Each entity obtaining Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office will be designated as a Plan Holder of Record. Bids received from entities who are not Plan Holders of Record may be returned as being nonresponsive. City of Oconomowoc reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bond or Certified Check payable to City of Oconomowoc equal to 5 percent of the Bid. Award of Contract is subject to receipt by Owner of approval from Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources which is anticipated to be received by January 15, 2026.
