Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bellevue, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work generally consists of concrete pavement repair, curb and gutter repair, ADA curb ramp construction, utility adjustments, and associated work. Proposals for the construction work are to be submitted as unit prices in an aggregate bid for the entire project. All proposals must be made on forms furnished by the Engineer and must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 5% of the amount bid, payable to the Clerk of the City of Bellevue as liquidated damages in the event the bidder is awarded the contract but fails to enter into it or furnish the required bond. Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available online, and only those listed on the planholders list kept at the offices of the designated document distributor will have their bids accepted. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and irregularities, make awards based on the best interests of the Owner, and reject any or all bids. Award is subject to final approval.
