Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Lindenhurst, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.

CR#: 2134046 The Site Work bid will include a thorough and complete coordination with the Incorporated Village of Lindenhurst in order to complete all exterior work throughout the site as it relates to the Site Plans and Bid documents. Site work includes storm water drain protection and erosion control measures, cut/fill excavation, regrading and compaction, installation of concrete forms & pouring of concrete curbs and walkways, installation of protective bollards, installation of new asphalt paving, and milling and resurfacing of existing designated paved areas. Additional site work includes installation of vehicle bumpers along the rear of the building, painting/striping of parking spaces, ADA markings & site directional painting, parking area lighting with connections to the new DPW building electrical panel and site signage installations. Work associated with the above installations, its layout, labor and all related components are included in the contract unless indicated. Note: The Contractor shall provide on the Bid Form for Alternate #1 a Bid for a 25' x 130' Concrete Apron fronting the new DPW buildings' overhead garage doors as shown and detailed in Construction documents. Overall site work contract for cut excavation, regrading and compacting, concrete curbs and walkway, bollard installation, milling and resurfacing, asphalt paving, parking designation painting, site lighting and sign installation.
