A licensed plumbing contractor is required for routine and emergent repairs and maintenance of various sinks, toilets, showers, and other plumbing-related systems and equipment for the City of Tampa, Waste to Energy (WTE) Facility at 107 N 34th ST, Tampa, FL 33605. The contractor must provide all labor, tools, transportation, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary for new installations, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems and equipment. Services will be requested on an as-needed basis for both scheduled projects and emergency repairs as directed by a City Representative. The contract will have an initial term of one year with three one-year renewal options. Bidders must provide a fixed, firm pricing schedule.
