The Awardee(s) will provide irrigation repair and installation services at various sites throughout the City of Tampa as needed per the attached technical specification and details. Irrigation services shall be performed by the Awardee, not sub-contractors. The work may also include incidental design services such as shop drawings, sketches, and as-built drawings upon request; this work will be downstream of existing water sources and does not require 'professional services' governed by the Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act. Services will also include directional boring as needed per the attached technical specification. The Awardee can provide directional boring services in-house or by subcontractor. Any Bidder who fails to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be eligible to submit a bid on the project. All Bidders must be present and signed in by the start time of the mandatory pre-bid meeting. Anyone not present or signed in at the start time of the mandatory pre-bid meeting will not be allowed to submit a bid on the project.
