Sealed proposals are solicited for construction work in Sedgwick County, Kansas, for the Sedgwick County Project Road Improvements Meadowlake Beach 2nd Add. Ph. 1 and Entrance Paving. The project involves approximately 0.405 miles of construction or improvement work and includes asphalt surfacing, grading, seeding, stormwater sewer, and signing. Proposals must be submitted sealed and marked with the firm's name, address, RFB number, and bid opening date, and must include one original and one copy of the bid document with supplementary materials. Alternatively, email submissions are accepted with the RFB number in the subject line. Each bid for multiple projects must be submitted separately. Bids must be received before the specified time and date; late responses are not accepted. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond with an approved Surety in an amount of at least five percent (5%) of the proposal is required. Contract Documents are available electronically from the county's construction projects website. Bidders must comply with all outlined requirements. The board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive technicalities.
