The Long Beach Public Utilities Department (LBPUD) is requesting quotations for Tank Cleaning and Inspection Services in accordance with LBPUD needs and/or fund availability. LBPUD owns and operates a 62.5-MGD groundwater treatment plant, 19 potable water tanks and 5 recycled water tanks at the Alamitos Reservoir (ALA) site and 12 potable water tanks at the J. Will Johnson Reservoir (JWJ) site. The scope of work includes 10 potable water tanks - 5 at the ALA site, 5 at the JWJ site, a flow splitter basin at the Groundwater Treatment Plant (GWTP) and 2 recycled water tanks at the ALA site. Question Submittal April 21, 2026 11:00 AM Answers to be posted on Long Beach Buys under Bid invitation April 23, 2026 3:00 PM Questions shall be submitted as follows:Email: centralprocurement@lbutilities.org The contract shall be for a term of one (1) year. LBPUD reserves the right to reject all quotes.
