Renovation of a power facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a power facility.
The work involves replacement of eight existing windows located on the south side of the powerhouse with new fire-rated window assemblies, and installation of a new fire barrier system on three existing Generator Step-Up (GSU) Transformer firewalls at the Coteau Creek Hydroelectric Station. The scope of work is intended to achieve compliance with applicable fire protection requirements surrounding the existing GSU transformers. The work shall be executed during planned outage periods. Bidders are instructed to submit proposals for the provision of Coteau Creek GSU Fire Wall Extension and Windows Replacement as described.
