Pre bid meeting add as per adda 1 The Work consists of the complete construction of the Arneson Sub-Zone Waterline Replacement project, including approximately 7,460 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter treated water pipeline along two separate alignments: one along Weld County Road (WCR) 6 from the intersection of WCR 6 and WCR 7 to just west of the W I-25 Frontage Road, and another along WCR 7 from the intersection of WCR 4 to Lowell Lane. Pipeline appurtenances include isolation valves, fire hydrant assemblies, connections to existing distribution pipelines, and the re-connection of existing water services. Work includes all site preparation, erosion and sedimentation control, traffic control, dewatering as required, pipeline construction, installation of all associated appurtenances, site and road restoration, revegetation, and restoration of all existing facilities and surface improvements to pre-construction conditions. It is strongly recommended that prospective bidders investigate the site sufficiently to satisfy themselves of the extent and conditions of the project. All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and related documents collectively referred to as the Bid Documents.
