The project involves an addition to the Apple Valley Community Center. The work will be managed by Terra Construction as the Construction Manager - At Risk. The scope of work will be divided and awarded in separate bid categories as outlined in Specification Section 011202. Bidders must submit electronic bids and qualification checklists for scope completeness review. Responsible bidders will be notified of the award decision. Performance and Payment bonds are required. The bidding takes place between the Senior Center and the Community Center at Hayes Park. Bids must be sent electronically on the provided bid form. Project Scope: New Ground up precast addition to link the existing Senior Center and Community center. Both the Senior Center and Community Center will have interior renovations as part of the project
