Furnishing of all labor, materials, and all else necessary for City Project 2026-106 Street Improvements including: 1294 LF remove curb and gutter, 905 SF remove concrete walk or driveway, 103 LF remove sanitary service, 65 LF remove copper water service, 171 CY excavation - common, 750 TN aggregate base class 5, 4710 SY full depth reclamation, 18 EA adjust frame and ring casting, 1654 TN bituminous mixture, 425 SF 5" concrete walk or driveway, 1294 LF concrete curb and gutter, 353 SY sod type lawn, with related items. Contractors must meet the definition of a responsible contractor as defined in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. Any prime contractor must include a list of first-tier subcontractors it intends to retain and prior to contract execution, submit verification under oath that all intended subcontractors and motor carriers meet the responsible contractor criteria. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and informalities, and award the contract in its best interests.
