Project SP 034-070-016 consists of applying 6" Solid Line Paint (Gr In) (WR) on various highways in Kandiyohi County. The combined estimated quantity of work is 442,541 linear feet of 6" Solid Line Paint (Gr In) (WR). Bidders must pay minimum wage rates predetermined and are subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962 and its implementing regulations. Bidders are required to comply with the wage scales and Division A of the Special Provisions. Contractors must also adhere to all requirements of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related federal and state regulations regarding non-discrimination and affirmative action. Contractors with over 40 full-time employees must possess a compliance certificate from the Minnesota Department of Human Rights.
