The work to be performed under the terms of this Order consists of furnishing all materials, labor plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the rehabilitation of tanks 62501E and 62501W. This requirement is restricted to Tinker AFB MAC BOA holders only. The project involves rehabilitation of Tanks 62501E and 62501W located within the Industrial Waste Treatment Plant. The scope of work includes replacement of the cathodic protection system for both tanks and electrical systems serving the raised platform. The contractor shall strip and replace the interior tank coatings and associated piping up to the four valves controlling influent and effluent protective coating. Work also includes cleaning and recoating of the exterior stairs, the raised platform, and all associated structural components. Project-specific drawings and documents define detailed technical requirements and must be reviewed prior to proposing. Attendance at the initial site visit is mandatory for proposal eligibility. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 310 calendar days.
