This combined synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12639526Q0109 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Reiff Containment Container Ground Leveling and Preservation requirement. The contractor shall perform ground leveling for the containers, apply roof coating, and complete painting of six containers. Award will be made on Standard Form 1442. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220, with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. This is a total small business set-aside, and all responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Project Location USDA, Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), Forest Pest Methods Laboratory (FPML) in Salinas, CA Salinas Station 1636 E. Alisal Street Salinas, CA 93905 Questions Questions shall be submitted via email to Margaux.G.Nenichka@usda.gov and are due no later than April 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Period for acceptance of offers. The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
