The project includes installation and operation of bypass pumping, cleaning and coating of wet well interior and valve vault piping, replacement of riser piping, and access hatch hardware, replacement of valve vault ladder, plug valves and air release valve, installation of natural gas emergency power generator, concrete pad, and bypass tee, and electrical improvements. The completed work shall not lack any part which can be reasonably implied as necessary for proper and useful operation of the facility. 2.02 The work, in general, consists of the following: A.
