Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Erie, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work includes clearing and grubbing the entire project area of approximately 21-acres, site grading and compaction, construction of a gravel surface laydown/staging area including placement and compaction of owner-furnished aggregate, construction of stormwater management facilities (infiltration basin), construction of perimeter chain link fencing and gates, and the construction of site lighting, video surveillance system, and associated electrical infrastructure located between Ore Dock Road and Port Access Road and south of the existing Carmeuse facility within the City of Erie. Bids must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026. A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. The successful bidder or contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent of the contract price. Prospective bidders may obtain electronic access to the contract document by contacting Porter Consulting Engineers, P.C. and by making a non-refundable payment. Question Deadline 05/05/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
