The project includes approximately 10,117 square yards of 3-inch asphalt milling, 1,140 tons of 2-inch Superpave binder, and 570 tons of 1-inch Superpave wearing course. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to 10% of the bid. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract value within 20 days following the award. Liquidated damages are set at $975 per calendar day. The right to reject any or all proposals is reserved.
