Description

Renovation of a transportation facility in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

Construction consists of the contractor providing and installing a Varco Pruden Thermalblock roof overlay system on Hangar 5, Hangar 6, and the Airport Maintenance Shop at the Bremerton National Airport Property. Hangars 5 and 6 are the base bid, and the Airport Maintenance Shop is an add-option alternate, included if the Port's budget allows. The Port may award only the base bid or the base bid plus alternate based on available funding. The project is estimated at $390,000-$435,000 for all three buildings. It is the bidder's responsibility to check for any addenda issued online prior to submitting a bid. Submit proposals as specified. Electronic proposals are not accepted.
