This project is for the Rossah Road Reconstruction for Sycamore Township, part of the Sycamore Township North Connectivity Project. Bidding questions may be directed to Mr. Steve Reutelshofer, Road Superintendent, Sycamore Township at 513- 792-7258 Substantial Completion Date: May 31, 2027 This section shall not be limited to the following: 1. Piping 2. Sleeves for piping 3. Automatic control valves 4. Misc. piping special ties 5. Quick couplers 6. Irrigation ties 7. Controllers 8. Boxes for automatic control valves 9. Backflow Enclosures Performance: This work shall include all labor, material, required permits and inspections. All Plumbing and electrical work must comply with all local building code requirements. All associated interior and exterior plumbing and electrical work, including controller connections, must be completed to the system, as applicable. The Contractor to include one (1) full day to review the operation of the system with the owner's representative once the system is 100 % operational.
