Proposals are requested for the renovation of the library walls at Penn Hills Elementary School. The project includes renovations to the existing library space. Each bid must include a completed Bid Form, a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond of at least 10% of the proposal amount, a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit, and a Public Workers Employment Verification Form. Specifications and drawings can be obtained in PDF form from H.F. Lenz Company, with hard copies available for a non-refundable fee. Bidders must start work no later than ten days after notification to proceed, and the project must be completed and ready for use by the completion date. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
